Returns and exchanges

For health and safety reasons, vapor products are sold as final sale once opened. Unopened, sealed items in original packaging may be reviewed for return.

Return window

Unopened, sealed items in original condition can be reviewed for return within 30 days of delivery. Final approval depends on item condition and category restrictions.

Non-returnable items

Opened disposables, e-liquids, pods, and any product with a broken seal cannot be returned for health and safety reasons. Defective devices may be eligible for replacement.

Exchanges

For launch, exchanges are handled as a return plus a new order. This keeps inventory and payment records clean.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is inspected. Payment providers may take additional time to post the refund.
